How long my delivery will take? When can I expect my order?

Usually you can expect your order in the next 48h after dispatch, but this will depend on where you live.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, you can do a complain at the DPD website or get in touch with our Customer Service. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of your delivery date.

How can I track my order?

We’ll email tracking details of your order to you along with your dispatch confirmation. If you’re a registered customer you can also find these details by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched next working day after you place an order.

What couriers do you use?

We cooperate with DPD services.

Can I place an order for delivery outside of the UK?

You can place your order for delivery for outside of the UK, however the price would be higher

Can you deliver to my workplace?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your work place. If you want your delivery to reach you at your employment place, remember that someone should be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person.
